Creative Inking Blog Hop: Favorite New Stamp Set!

Tree Builder Punch Reindeer01-imp

Blog Hop Title

Welcome to the Creative Inking Blog Hop!  This month's theme is "Favorite New Stamp Set".  Now that is a tough one because there are so many GREAT new sets, and it pretty much changes based on whatever I'm using.  However, I do LOVE the versatility of the Sprinkles of Life stamp set AND the fact that the Tree Builder Punch coordinates with the set!  So I used my set to get even MORE versatile and created Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer!  Scroll down for a short video that walks you through the process!

I used the TREE for the ANTLERS and for the hoofs, I used the APPLE! The other parts come from my beloved Owl Builder Punch.

I'm basically a lazy stamper, so fussy cutting is not my favorite thing.  That's why I love punches – and the Tree Builder Punch is 6 punches in one!!

Here is the short video on how to create this little reindeer!

Of course, I've been having fun creating other things with the Sprinkles of Life Stamp Set and the Tree Builder Punch – like this cute cupcake in what I call "Dr. Seuss" colors (Bermuda Bay, Cucumber Crush, Watermelon Wonder, and So Saffron)!

I was inspired for this project by Stampin' Up! Artisan Cindy Schuster. Only instead of cutting hearts in half and rounding them for the "seeds" – I used the rain drop from the Tree Builder Punch!

And one more creation that we have been making at several of my events this month with this set and punch – Neapolitan anyone?!  Thanks for stopping by!  Time to hop along to see what the amazing Linda Bauwin has in store for you by clicking below!

  1. Great cards, Sue-you showed us just how versatile the stamp set and punch really are! And with only 187 sleeps until Christmas it’s not too early for crafters to start making Christmas cards.
