Happy Whip-it Wednesday! Todays quick, easy to "whip" out card features a lovely little stack of Designer Paper called Pretty Petals.
You get 48 sheets, in a convenient 6" x 6" size, 4 of each pattern! SO versatile because you get a lot of different colors and varieties.
I actually made this card with two different patterns from the pack – the two that had the black background with the Calypso flowers and Old Olive stems. The greeting comes from the new Cottage Greetings set and goes great with this fun paper – love this font!

I also used the Cottage Greetings set for the inside of the card! I stamped the greetings and flowers in Memento Tuxedo Black and colored the flowers with the Calypso Coral and Old Olive markers.
I used my Big Shot die cut machine and the Lots of Labels framelit dies to cut out the greeting and the layer. Then the final touch was then new Basic Black Stitched Satin Ribbon – such lovely ribbon to work with – so soft and easy to tie!
Now it is time to check in with our Whip-it Wednesday mascot, Bella the Whippet. We are staying at a cabin up north this week and Bella is working hard to try out all of the couches to make sure they are acceptable!
