Woo hoo! And what awesome specials they are!! Perhaps my dream of having a pair of Paper Snips in every room of my house can finally come true?! Seriously, I LOVE those little scissors!!
This is my version of a similar card by demonstrator Micehle Reynolds. This single stamp called "Christmas Star" is not in any catalog but part of the Holiday Single Stamp Collection. Click on the image below to see all the great single stamps!:
Tomorrow is the last day to get 25 great stamp sets - including the Zoo Babies set I used for this card - for 25% off! Click here to go shopping for these great sets.
Gobble, gobble! Can you believe this adorable turkey was made with the Owl Builder Punch?! Inside the treat bag is a yummy Hershey bar!
Here is the card version - so fun for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday! A treat at each place setting, or a card for the hostess, or both! Scroll down to see my video on how to make it! The punch art turkey idea came from fellow Stampin' Up! demonstrator Dawn Olchefske. You can see her version here. The candy bar holder idea came from one of my Stampfield Stars Sue Dyas. You can see Sue's treat holder here.
The sweater weather paper is the perfect fall complement to our little birdy - and it goes nicely with the color of the Tag a Bag treat bags! Here is a video on how to make this fun project:
So are you ready to make yours?! If you need to get some supplies I have the full supply list below, just click on the name of the item to go to the store.

Isn't this a fun effect?! It's really easy with sponging! And this greeting set (Love it!), which is called A Dozen Thoughts, is on sale for a short time!! Here is a close up of the card:
This simple technique uses just stamps, ink, and the stamping sponges. Here is a video tutorial on how to make this card.
I also played around with the Snowflake Soiree stamp set (yet another set on sale!) with some blues. Here is the result:
Can you make out the rhinestone? It's the dot on the "i" but it didn't photo well. Here is a close up:
Give this fun technique a try and let me know what you think! Any ink and stamp combo will do - just make sure you have a light, medium, and dark shade. Here are the supply lists for both cards:

Last chance to celebrate Stampin' Up!'s 25th anniversary by joining the Stampin' Up! family of demonstrators for just $25!! The deadline to join is tonight at midnight. If you love to stamp, would love to be a part of a group of people who love what you love, and if you love getting a great discount on all your stampin' supplies, scroll down to the bottom of this post!
Today's card uses the great Christms Collectibles bundle - which includes the Christmas Collectibles stamp set and matching Christmas Ornament Punch. It seems appropriate today because we have some light snow flurries today in St. Paul, Minnesota!
The Season of Style paper stack adds a great pop of color, the single stamp Very Merry adds our "just right" greeting, and the Cherry Cobbler 1" Stitched Edge Ribbon adds the finishing touch - without adding bulk!
This stamp set also has an image that is great for making Christmas tags. I used the Pretty Presents Designer Tags to make a super fast tag project - stamped 'em, punched 'em. popped them up with a dimensional, a knotted of ribbon, and added some bling with the rhinestone brads. This would be a fun family craft with the kids!
And here is more about the great deal that ends tonight!

I wanted to share the fun "giftables" that you can make using the Thankful Tablescape Simply Created Kit from Stampin' Up! I had a breakfast at my home for some of the leaders in my demonstrator group. At each place setting I had a gift for the gals. I used the items from the kit to make this pocket, inside was a notepad and pencil covered with the Crumb Cake Washi tape from the Season of Style Washi Tape pack.
This is what the notepad inside looked like. I made a cover from Chocolate Chip card stock and then used the Magnificent Maple stamp, the 2 1/2" circle punch and items from the kit to decorate the front.
Tip: When attaching the cool "birch bark" paper (which comes on a roll in the kit) I used liquid glue, other adhesives did not stick well to this paper "ribbon".
Another gift I gave them was this wrapped candle, also using kit components and adding in the Natural 7/16" trim, an Antique Brad, Labels Collection Framelits, Chocolate Chip and Crumb Cake card stocks. The image is from the "Trust God" stamp set and is stamped with VersaMark ink and embossed with Early Espresso embossing powder. The short pillar candles I picked up at Target. I was really happy with how these came out! They would make great teacher gifts or gift for your Thanksgiving hostess!
The little chalkboard banners that come in the kit are really fun! I used the chalk marker (also in the kit) to personalized each place setting and attached it to a yummy pumpkin muffin by punching holes in the banner and using tooth picks.
Here are the demonstrators who were able to join me that day - we had a FUN morning of sharing and stamping! Love these gals!
