I've been wanting to attempt a punch art skunk forever - and I finally had the opportunity to create one! There is something magical about punch art - watching these adorable creatures appear before your eyes using a few punches of card stock! I created this little stinker for my Candy and Flowers Valentine's Treat Classes.
I've created a video with step by step instructions on how to make this little stinker. Check it out here:
The new Just Sayin' stamp set and the coordinating Word Bubble Framelits are just perfect for punch art projects like this! And the Hung Up Cute Clips come with a Word Bubble Clip matches while holding our bag closed!
Inside our treat bag is a yummy Ghirardelli Valentine Choclate that I got at Target. It fits perfectly!
This project was inspired by a punch art fox made by fellow demonstrator Avery Murphy. Thank you so much Avery for giving me a starting point! Avery made a "cheat sheet" for her fox so I did the same for the skunk. The video has clearer insturuction but the cheat sheet or map is a nice reminder when you are stamping.
